Outlook 2010: Beginner

After you become proficient in the Outlook 2010 fundamentals, you will be able to create, edit and format professional looking email communications while managing your inbox efficiently. In this introductory course, you’ll learn how to navigate the user interface, send and reply to emails and work with attachments. You’ll learn how to set and manage email options, such as flagging emails, creating automatic replies and managing folders. Lastly, you’ll discover how to use Calendar to make appointments and plan meetings, and learn how to create tasks, contacts and notes.
This course is the first part in a 2-part series on Outlook 2010. To take your skills to the next level, watch the second course in the series, Outlook 2010 Advanced.
