Use Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional to host meetings, training sessions, web conferences, and other presentations by using the program tools outlined in this course. As a participant, you’ll learn how to prepare for a meeting, chat with other participants, respond to polls, and view presenter notes. The course teaches you how to use tools for presenters, including controlling broadcasting, creating and administering polls, taking notes, using the whiteboard, and uploading meeting files. You’ll also learn how to take on the duties of the meeting host, including inviting participants, recording the meeting, and ending a meeting.
This course is divided into 3 sections based on the meeting different roles, including participants, presenters, and hosts. Each section is easily accessed through the main menu, so you can explore the different lessons at your own pace. Video and audio narration offer detailed information for an engaging and user-friendly learning experience.
