Outlook 2010

This course teaches you how to utilize the full capabilities of Outlook 2010 and covers email basics of more advanced tasks to help you stay connected and improve your productivity. You’ll begin by exploring new or improved features available in Outlook 2010, including the quick access toolbar, the navigation pane, and the backstage view. You’ll review how to send and reply to emails, add or view attachments, format text, and add graphics. You’ll gain tips on organizing your inbox by flagging and color-coding messages and contacts. The course also shows you how to create signatures, adjust your view, group and ungroup messages, create search folders, and gather relevant documents together. You’ll also learn how to navigate and customize your calendar, create notes, and manage your schedule by setting appointments and meetings and adding reminders.
