Google Forms 2019

Google Forms is a free survey and quiz tool that’s part of Google G Suite, which includes Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides, as well as Gmail and Hangouts. In this module, you’ll learn how to create Google Forms with multiple choice, short and long answer, dropdown, checkbox, and grid questions to gather the data you need. We’ll look at how to customize your forms with themes, organize with sections, and use images and video to clarify both questions and answer options. You’ll see how to create quizzes and how locked mode can be used to create a more secure testing environment. We’ll set up branching from one section to another to present questions based on previous responses: to set different pathways for your responders to gather the information you need in the most efficient way. You’ll learn how to share the form with collaborators to help you with editing and maintaining the form; and, when you’re ready, how to publish forms via email, social media and the web. Finally We’ll look at how to access and manage form results, including sending data to a spreadsheet for further analysis. Google is a trademark of Google, Inc.
