The Respectful Workplace (Illinois – Employee)

This course will help employees and supervisors in Illinois meet the requirements of Illinois’ mandatory harassment training requirement. Specifically, it covers definitions, the complaint process and reporting resources, the dangers of retaliation, and the steps employees and managers can take to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment so you can create a workplace built on respect.
