Do you hesitate to feel and show pride in yourself? Are you worried that pride may make you seem arrogant? Taking pride in yourself is actually a key ingredient of self-love. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. Through inner stillness, you can learn to embrace all the parts of you that make up who you are.
