Transform Physical Pain

This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. First, She’ll help you tune into something pleasant in your environment, focusing on painless sensations. Then you’ll learn to detach from physical discomfort. you’ll even use the urge to resist as support for your meditation practice. Finally, you’ll set an intention to practice acceptance if you experience pain over the next 48 hours. After this course, you will know how to shift your perspective from resistance to compassionate acceptance, one moment at a time.
