We often view distractions as unwelcome pests when we’re trying to focus. But what if the distractions in your environment could actually help you become more mindful? This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. In this course, you’ll practice a guided activity to identify common sources of distraction in your environment. You’ll then learn to use these sounds and objects as reminders to anchor your focus to the present moment. After this, you’ll be able to begin training yourself to use sources of distraction as sources of mindfulness.
