Mindfulness isn’t an innate character trait you’re born with. It’s a skill that can be practiced to experience deeper wellbeing and help you become more fully present in each moment. This audio-only course is led by Jay Vidyarthi, a human-centered UX designer and mindfulness expert who works at the intersection of wellbeing and technology, designing and researching new strategies to restore attention and cultivate positive mental health. Jay will lead an exercise to teach you how to observe yourself in the present moment without judgment. You’ll learn to connect this practice to one of your daily activities. Finally, you’ll set an intention to integrate this mindfulness habit into your daily life. After this course, you’ll have a strategy you can use to work on your mindfulness skills and become calmer, more centered, and more connected to the present.
