Stop Feeling Stuck

Feeling stuck? Mindfulness can help you explore your experience and build the skills to move through it. This audio-only course is led by Dr. Cortland Dahl, a research scientist, meditation teacher, and Chief Contemplative Officer at HMI who spent eight years translating Tibetan Buddhist texts before getting his Ph.D. in neuroscience. In this course, you’ll learn to notice your thoughts and feelings without judging or trying to change them. You’ll also practice a guided mindfulness exercise to begin re-framing your thoughts around feeling stuck. After this course, you’ll have a new perspective on what it means to feel stuck - as well as the tools to handle this feeling in the future.
