Embracing Change Through Mindfulness

Change can be frightening - but in reality, change is a natural part of being human. Embracing the impermanence of things can help you navigate the ebbs and flows of life. This audio-only course is led by Jay Vidyarthi, a human-centered UX designer and mindfulness expert who works in the intersections of well-being and technology, designing and researching new strategies to restore attention and cultivate positive mental health. In this course, you’ll use mindfulness to notice how your experience of your body changes in each moment. You’ll reflect on the ever-changing nature of experience, from shifting sensations in the moment to bigger changes in your body over time. Finally, you’ll set an intention to bring this awareness into your daily life. After this course, you’ll have a greater appreciation for the impermanent nature of the world around you.
