This audio-only course is led by Jay Vidyarthi, a human-centered UX designer and mindfulness expert who works in the intersections of well-being and technology, designing and researching new strategies to restore attention and cultivate positive mental health. In this guided meditation, you’ll hone your self-awareness by noticing your thoughts and feelings. You’ll also practice noticing and then releasing judgmental thoughts when they arise.
