Drug and Alcohol Management Plan: Level 1 – Personnel

Target Learners: All personnel at all levels of the organisation.

The aim of this course is to assist individual workers with information relating to drug and alcohol abuse, the potential consequences of such abuse, and company policies and responsibilities in dealing with employee drug and/or alcohol abuse.

The program also provides guidance in the actions to take in the event that an individual needs assistance dealing with a potential addiction, or if you suspect a colleague is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
